Branding for a teenage girl charity

Parasola created a logo and brand pack for Know Your Worth, designed PDF documents and an animated logo sting for video use.

Self-esteem impacts everything we do and is central to who we are. Many teenage girls struggle with low self-esteem and the impact is immense. We were delighted to help Debs Peake create branding for Know Your Worth and help create marketing materials to promote an 8-week course to help teenage girls build self-esteem and make good decisions.

Logo design, typography and branding

We presented several suggestions for logos working within a supplied colour gradient from a sunset. Once a logo was agreed, we created a final vector file in Illustrator and generated the logo at different sizes and styles for different uses. We supplied a simple brand guide PDF showing how the colour gradient could be applied to images, different logo variations, heading and paragraph fonts and the colours with their hex codes. We also helped source stock images from an image library.

Graphic Design for PDF guides

We designed three PDF guides: a course outline, a guide titled "5 ways to build self-esteem in teenage girls" and a sample session. The design used the colour pallet and typography defined in the brand guidelines, along with stock photos of girls attending the course and leaders.

Animated Logo sting for video use

During lockdown, videos were used for school assembles. We were asked to provide a simple animated logo sting that could be inserted before videos.

Parasola were delighted to be able to provide assets to help with this valuable and life changing course.

The CLient

Know Your Worth is an 8-week course to help teenage girls build self-esteem and make good decisions. The course covers emotions, relationships, social media, resilience and hopes, and is designed to help teenage girls place greater value on themselves, and expect others to do the same.
