Parasola worked with Robin Peake from Homes with Purpose to create a professional website to give confidence to new lenders. They have raised £1.5m in donations and have funded 4 houses for homeless people, a church on an estate and for Afghan refugee families.
In 2021, Parasola created a promotional video to invite people from churches in Oxford to a Zoom information evening. With no web presence, and a newly formed charity it became urgent to create a simple website to explain their story, their model and to answer regularly asked questions.
The website colours are blue, grey and white. It starts with a bold hero and title followed by the first call to action - Join the mailing list. The pop-up form enables people to stay up-to-date and be informed on upcoming information events. We included logos of organisations that Homes with Purpose partner with followed by endorsements. This social proof is part of normalising the idea of communities helping to provide houses for those in need.
The final section on the homepage, invites the visitor to participate. Four boxes with statistics animate from the sides as the page scrolls.
This is a simple, effective website that we put together in just a few days. It looks great and has an "A grade" performance - the site is loaded in just 1.1 seconds!
Homes with Purpose exists to acquire and manage property for Christian workers to live and work in strategic locations; and to provide safe homes for vulnerable people.
